This is a very large fish. I think you’d need an entire field of potatoes to supply the accompanying french fries! And a whole tree of lemons…a bathtub of tartare sauce… I can’t help wondering what this fish tastes like.
I also wonder if it is it a bit like the time my great uncle caught a really giant mud crab? It was mostly full of bone. We would have been better off throwing the poor old codger back, and catching a smaller meatier one.
